Tali Shemer

Director, Advanced Technologies, Israeli National Cyber Directorate (INCD), Israel

Mrs. Tali Shemer is the Advanced Technologies Director at the Technology Division of the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD). She leads national-level R&D programs for secure adoption and defense, utilizing advanced technologies such as Cloud, 5G, AI, etc. In her previous roles at INCD, Mrs. Shemer served as a critical infrastructure guidance officer and cybersecurity guidance manager for the communication and financial sectors and led the Nimbus cloud defense program. She holds a BA in Business Administration & Information Systems as well as an MBA, both earned with honors from the College of Management.
